This group of pieces uses only flats for black keys

Minuet by Henry Purcell (1600s) - 2-voice, defines terms "forte," "piano" and "ritard."
Silent Night by Franz Gruber arr. Ken Davies (Christmas) - 2-note chords in left hand, presented 3 times in 3 different keys (based on "home tones" of B flat, C and D flat), easy fingering. Fairly easy.
Melody by Robert Schuman (1848) - accent, slurs, left hand has continuous 8th-notes.
Going Down by Ken Davies (2001) - 2-voice, chromatic descents in mostly half-steps, fingers cross over thumbs,  tricky coordinations for beginners.
Prelude #1 from Well-Tempered Klavier by J.S. Bach (1700s) - this famous and popular piece introduces 16th notes (4 notes to a beat), the piece is made up of arpeggiated (broken chord) figures, reading is not excessively difficult.
Minuet by J.S. Bach. A fairly easy favorite.

Pieces with sharps for black keys

Let's Rock by Ken Davies (2001) - Very Easy, 2-voice unison and 3rds. Introduces sharp sign and natural sign. A "natural" sign means you play the white key as usual. It is sometimes used as a reminder if a note on the same line or space just had a flat or sharp. A "sharp" preceding a note means you play the black key to the RIGHT of the white key. So "sharp" is opposite of "flat."

Repeated Figures by Ken Davies (from my old minimalist days). A two handed piece with lots of cool repetitions.
